As Assistant Director, in conjunction with Executive Director, supervised the operation of the Denver Chapter of the Volunteers of America, a social service agency with a local, diversified funding base of $2,000,000 and eight distinct programs.

As Housing Director, managed the operation and leasing of a $5,500,000 building complex which included 242 senior citizen apartment units and 38,000 square feet of commercial office space in downtown Denver.
