At the Grill

Stop by The Grill before or after your golf game, at lunch or on your way home to enjoy delicious food and scenic mountain views. Patio seating is available.

We're excited to announce our new menu, coming soon. Here's a preview:

Breakfast—Served All Day

Breakfast burrito—Applewood-smoked bacon, eggs, potatoes, sharp cheddar cheese and house-made pico

Fried egg bagel sandwich—fried egg, Applewood-smoked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and chipotle aioli

Morning scramble—three scrambled eggs, Applewood-smoked bacon and toast

Bagel—served with cream cheese


Soups, Salads & Wraps

Soup of the day—ask your server about today's offering

Green chili—topped with cheddar cheese and onions, and served with a flour tortilla

Signature salad—baby spring mix, blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, dried cranberries and honey-raspberry vinaigrette
Add chicken

Wedge salad—iceberg lettuce with smoked bacon, tomatoes, sliced red onion, blue cheese crumbles, hard boiled egg and blue cheese dressing

Southwest wrap—cilantro lime chicken, romaine lettuce, avocado, pico and chipotle ranch

Buffalo chicken wrap—chicken breast tender, Buffalo hot sauce, shredded lettuce and tomato


Signature Burgers

We proudly serve Angus beef burgers. All burgers are served with a kosher pickle and your choice of house-made potato chips, coleslaw, seasoned shoestring fries, sweet potato fries, house salad or sliced seasonal fruit.


Irwin burger—1/2 lb. burger topped with barbeque pulled pork, beer-battered onion ring and coleslaw

Front Range burger—green chili, cheddar cheese, diced onions and jalapeños

Pioneer burger—spicy Buffalo sauce, caramelized onions and blue cheese

Bacon cheeseburger—cheddar cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato and onion

Hamburger—shredded lettuce, tomato and onion

Cheeseburger—cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato and onion

Veggie black bean burger—pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and chipotle ranch

B.L.T.A.—Applewood-smoked bacon, iceberg lettuce, tomato, sliced avocado and pesto aioli on white bread

Rancher's reuben—shaved corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Russian dressing on marble rye bread

Pulled pork—slow-cooked barbeque pork, onion ring, coleslaw and fresh jalapeño slices

Grown-up grilled cheese—Gruyere cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon and tomato slices on buttered Texas toast

Chicken salad—on Texas toast

Avocado chicken sandwich—sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, tomato and chipotle aioli

Barbeque chicken sandwich—cheddar cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon and barbeque sauce

All-beef hot dog—1/4 1b. dog on a toasted bun

Spicy Polish sausage—char-grilled 1/4 1b. sausage on a toasted bun

Beer bratwurst—1/4 lb. Colorado Native beer brat on a toasted bun
