Our banquet menu can be customized to fit any event. All buffets include water, lemonade and an iced tea beverage station. Prices do not include sales tax (five percent) or gratuity (20 percent).

Taste of Italy—tossed salad, bread and butter, penne with meatballs and sausage, sautéed vegetables, marinara and alfredo sauces, and your choice of dessert

Grilled rosemary chicken—tossed salad, bread and butter, grilled rosemary chicken breast, rice pilaf and your choice of dessert

Holiday roast turkey and ham—tossed salad, bread and butter, sliced roast turkey breast with gravy, sliced ham with pineapple, stuffing, vegetable selection, baked potato and your choice of dessert

New York State of Mind—tossed salad, bread and butter, New York strip steak with mushroom gravy, sweet corn, mashed potatoes and your choice of dessert

Poached salmon—tossed salad, bread and butter, poached salmon in a white wine sauce, rice pilaf, vegetable selection and your choice of dessert

Pork roast—tossed salad, bread and butter, slow roasted pork loin with sautéed onion and peppers, mashed potato with gravy, vegetable selection and your choice of dessert

Stuffed chicken—tossed salad, bread and butter, stuffed chicken breast with spinach, ham and Swiss cream sauce; rice pilaf, vegetable selection and your choice of dessert

Deli board—sliced turkey, ham and roast beef with lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese; potato salad, cole slaw, fresh fruit, assorted chips and your choice of dessert
