Tournaments

Hosting a tournament at Highlands Ranch Golf Club? Check out our updated tournament menu, and make plans to continue your event festivities off the golf course. We look forward to working with you and providing your guests with an exceptional dining experience.

Breakfast

Breakfast burriots—served with coffee and juice

Fresh baked muffin and cinnamon rolls—served with fruit, juice, coffee and flavored creamers

Scrambled eggs, bacon and breakfast potato—served with fresh baked muffins, juice, coffee and flavored creamers


Lunch To Go

Box lunch—includes a selection of turkey, ham, roast beef, veggie and Italian cold cut sandwiches. Served with a bag of chips, apple or fruit cup, cheese crackers, and a cookie or brownie.


Buffets

All-American—includes your choice of Angus burgers or grilled chicken, hot dogs and brats. Served with our signature house salad, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans with Applewood-smoked bacon, fresh fruit, house-made chips and your choice of dessert.

Italian—includes penne rosa marinara and fettuccine alfredo with roasted chicken and meatballs. Served with Caesar salad, garlic bread, grilled vegetables and your choice of dessert.

Southwest—includes a selection of taco meat, grilled chicken, grilled peppers and onions. Served with our signature house salad, flour tortillas, chips, salsa, Spanish rice, black beans with fire-roasted corn, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, jalapenos, green onions, pico and your choice of dessert.

BBQ—include barbeque brisket and smoked sausage. Served with our signature house salad, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans with Applewood-smoked bacon, watermelon, house-made chips and your choice of dessert.

Rib eye steak—includes grilled mesquite rib eye served with a tossed salad, ranch and balsamic dressings, baked potato bar, grilled vegetables and your choice of dessert.


Desserts—choose from cookies, brownies, lemon squares, blueberry squares, apple crisp, chocolate mousse, cheesecake or tiramisu.
