Honors Program Retreat
at Keystone Science School - February 19 and 20
The Honors Program Retreat, from 12:00 noon on February 19 through around 5:00 pm on February 20, is a chance to get to know your Honors peers outside of class and beyond DU. At Keystone Science School, a little over an hour outside of Denver, students will have a chance to participate in fun team-building activities, learn snow science and go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, and gaze at the stars in a state of the art observatory far from the city lights. Skiis and snowshoes will be provided, as will other outdoor gear if necessary. If you'd like to come, please RSVP (shawn.alfrey@du.edu) and bring a refundable $20 deposit to the Honors Office (Mary Reed 2) by February 5. There's no cost, and food, lodging, and transportation are all included. Please see the
