Current students who want to live in the apartments next year should sign up through the room selection process which starts in winter quarter and concludes in spring quarter each year. Only 3rd and 4th year students who receive the residential grant will be eligible to apply to live in the apartments for the 2013-2014 school year.

For new students, once you decide to attend the University of Denver, you'll need to apply for a housing assignment. The deadline to apply for housing is May 1st. To apply for housing, you'll need to log into MyWeb. You should have received your user ID and password for myWeb from the academic department you applied to. If you haven't received your user ID and password, or you can't remember them, please contact your academic department.

To apply for housing:

1. Go to WebCentral
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click on the MyWeb tab
4. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" tab
5. Click on "Housing"
6. Click on "Update Housing Preferences/check assignment"
7. You will then be able to fill out the application, and then send in your deposit.

Viewing your room assignment

1. Your room assignment will be completed by mid-July.
2. To see your room assignment, and to find your new roommate's name and contact information, follow the instructions above. If possible, contact your roommate and get to know them before move-in day. 

If you need help from maintenance or custodial services, you can fill out the online maintenance request form. If you need immediate maintenance help (for example, if you find a leak that could cause water damage), contact the apartments office or campus safety when the apartments office is closed.

To view your bill:

1. Go to WebCentral
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click on the MyWeb tab
4. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" tab
5. Click on "Student Account"
6. You will then have a number of ways to view your bill

To pay your bill:

Payments for tuition and loans serviced by the University of Denver (for example, Perkins and Emergency loans) should be mailed to:

For either tuition or loan payments, please include your student ID number. For loan payments, also include the loan to be paid and any special instruction.
