Once you decide to attend the University of Denver, you'll need to apply for a housing assignment. The deadline to apply for housing is May 1st. To apply for housing, you'll need to log into MyWeb. You should have received your user ID and password for myWeb from the academic department you applied to. If you haven't received your user ID and password, or you can't remember them, please contact your academic department.

To apply for housing:

1. Go to MyWeb
2. Click "Enter Secure Area"
3. Enter your username and password
4. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" tab
5. Click on "Housing"
6. Click on "Update Housing Preferences/check assignment"
7. You will then be able to fill out the application, and then send in your deposit.

Viewing your room assignment

1. Your room assignment will be completed by mid-July.
2. To see your room assignment, and to find your new roommate's name and contact information, follow the instructions above. If possible, contact your roommate and get to know them before move-in day. 

If you need help from maintenance or custodial services, you can fill out the online maintenance request form. The first time you fill out the form you will need to create a username and password, which you'll use for all future requests. If you need immediate maintenance help (for example, if you find a leak that could cause water damage), contact your front desk staff.

To view your bill:

1. Go to MyWeb
2. Click "Enter Secure Area"
3. Enter your username and password
4. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" tab
5. Click on "Student Account"
6. You will then have a number of ways to view your bill

To pay your bill:

Payments for tuition and loans serviced by the University of Denver (for example, Perkins and Emergency loans) should be mailed to:

For either tuition or loan payments, please include your student ID number. For loan payments, also include the loan to be paid and any special instruction.
