Nagel Hall

DU's Newest Residence Hall

The first students moved into Nagel Hall in the fall of 2008. This is our newest hall, with almost five full floors of student residential suites, a stunning tower, and a food court on the ground floor. It also houses an office suite for the psychology department.

The first three floors of Nagel Hall house second-year students. Each of these suites accommodate four students in two bedrooms, with one shared bathroom. Every bedroom has a mini refrigerator/freezer/microwave.

The fourth and fifth floors have apartment units for juniors and seniors. These apartments include a kitchen, living room and four single bedrooms.

Nagel was built with sustainability in mind and we are seeking a LEED Gold rating for the building.
