DU's Newest Residence Hall 

 

Nagel Hall has almost five full floors of student residential suites and a food court on the ground floor. The garden level houses an office suite for the Psychology department. Nagel was built with sustainability in mind and we are seeking a LEED Gold rating for the building.

The first three floors of Nagel Hall house second-year students. Each of these suites accommodate four students in two bedrooms, with one shared bathroom.

The fourth and fifth floors have apartment units for 3rd and 4th year students. These apartments include a kitchen, living room and four single bedrooms.
