Housing Resources

To apply for housing, find information about your student account, and do most other tasks related to student housing, log in to MyWeb, DU's secure intranet.

Applying for housing

Once you decide to attend the University of Denver, you'll need to apply for a housing assignment. The deadline to apply for housing is May 1st.

To apply for housing, you'll need to log into MyWeb. You should have received your user ID and password for myWeb from the Office of Undergraduate Admission during the application process. If you haven't received your user ID and password, or you can’t remember them, please contact the Office of Admission at admission@du.edu or 800-525-9495.

To apply for housing:

  1. Go to MyWeb
  2. Click "Enter Secure Area"
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" tab
  5. Click on "Housing"
  6. Click on "Housing Application"
  7. You will then be able to fill out the application, and then send in your deposit.

Viewing your room and roommate assignments

Your room assignment will be completed by July 14.

To see your room assignment, and to find your new roommate's name and contact information, follow the instructions above. At step number 6 select "Update Housing Preferences/check assignment."  If possible, contact your roommate and get to know them before move-in day.

Current undergraduates

Requesting maintenance

If you need help from maintenance or custodial services, you can fill out the online maintenance request form. The first time you fill out the form you will need to create a username and password, which you'll use for all future requests.

If you need immediate maintenance help (for example, if you find a leak that could cause water damage), contact your RA, or front desk staff.

Viewing your bill

To view your bill:

  1. Go to MyWeb
  2. Click "Enter Secure Area"
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" tab
  5. Click on "Student Account"
  6. You will then have a number of ways to view your bill

To pay your bill:

Payments for tuition and loans serviced by the University of Denver (for example, Perkins and Emergency loans) should be mailed to: University of Denver Cashier's Office 2197 S. University Blvd. Denver, Co 80208

For either tuition or loan payments, please include your student ID number. For loan payments, also include the loan to be paid and any special instructions.
