Did you know that Talent Management can work with your division, department or unit to create custom learning opportunities and facilitate team building workshops? Below are some of the assessment tools available for use with individuals or teams.

5 Languages of Workplace Appreciation

People feel appreciated and recognized in different ways. This workshop focus on the power of recognition and appreciation in the workplace. Participants complete a short assessment to determine their primary and/or secondary appreciation language. Through the team building workshop, the group will learn how to leverage these languages and say "Thank You" in meaningful ways.

Strengths Finder 2.0

Each person has unique and valuable talents. If we can leverage these diverse individual strengths, we are more likely to succeed individually and as a team.

Through the Strengths Finder assessment, participants will learn their top five signature strengths. Through the team building workshop, your group can learn how to leverage these strengths throughout the year for increased engagement and overall success. Included is a personalized strengths discovery guide, action planning guide, access to the strengths finder community and much more.

DiSC

DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DISC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences, increase self-knowledge, respond to conflict, motivation factors, how to adapt your personal styles to get along better with others, facilitate better teamwork and manage more effectively.

DiSC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.

DiSC Options:

  • Workplace Profile ($50 per participant)
  • Management Profile ($90 per participant)
Profiles

Profiles assessments help improve your hiring and workforce planning process. Assessments can be used for coaching, training, managing, engagement, succession planning and team fit. Assessments are available in English and Spanish. Individual briefings will be provided to each team member prior to holding a team building workshop.
