Growing up between two cultures and languages (Spanish and English) gave me a deep appreciation of the power of language and teaching in the world. As a lawyer, teacher, and writer, I have been fortunate to travel to many parts of the world and to work with diverse populations abroad and at home in the U.S. Over the years, I have taught in law schools, colleges, high schools and in the community. My passion is in working with people to achieve their goals and find common ground.
