Growing up in Michigan, surrounded by lakes, I spent most of my time outdoors fishing, swimming, water skiing, and in the winter, playing ice hockey. I also enjoyed playing sports like golf, soccer, rugby and wrestling. Today, I still love being outside and playing sports as much as possible. Though I miss the lakes and summer time in Michigan, I moved to Colorado to take advantage of the year-round adventures this amazing state offers. In addition to doing Crossfit, I love heading out to the rivers to go fly fishing at every possible opportunity. In our free time, my wife and I take our new son up to the mountains to hike and enjoy the beautiful Colorado landscapes.

Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated with other languages and cultures. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to live, work, and travel in several countries around the world. Along the way, I have met extraordinary people and had fantastic experiences. Being here at the ELC is like traveling to a new place, as I am able to interact with amazing people from all over the world every day.
