Denver
International Airport (DIA) is about one hour northeast
of the University of Denver. You can find complete information about
transportation from the Airport to the city of Denver in the ground
transportation area near the Baggage Claim. For more information,

There are several ways to get from the airport to the DU campus:
• BUS
The “RTD Skyride” costs $7 to $11 (have exact amount
in cash) one-way from the airport to the University of Denver. Take
the bus from the ground transportation area to the Market Street
Station (17th & Market) in downtown Denver, then transfer to
bus #0 and finally take bus #21 at the light rail station on Broadway
and I-25 to DU campus. For more information please visit the RTD

• SHUTTLE SERVICE
ABC Shuttle Services operates from the ground transportation area
at the airport and can take you to the DU area. The shuttle runs
every 20-30 minutes from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. and costs $20 per
person one-way. Call 1-800-222-8267 or 1-800-569-1876 from the
Baggage Claim Area to arrange for pickup. Boarding is on the 5th
level, Island 3. Look for the red, white and blue logo on gray

• TAXI
Taxi rides from DIA are expensive - around $50. You can get a
taxi in the ground transportation area at DIA, or you can call
one of the following numbers:

• AIRPORT PICK-UP
International Students Inc. (ISI) offers free transportation from
DIA and housing for the first night with an American family. ISI
is a registered Christian friendship ministry at the University
of Denver. This service is offered to first time arriving international
students and scholars. To request an application, go to http://www.isidenver.org/du/airport_pickup.htm.
Applications must be received at least 10 days before arrival
date in Denver.
