The Human Rights Advocacy Center engages students from graduate and law programs at the University of Denver in interdisciplinary research and advocacy to protect and promote international human rights and humanitarian law. The Center’s activities include:

• Conducting research and legal representation particularly (but not exclusively) in the areas of
  Indigenous Rights,
  Disability Rights, and
  Asylum and Refugees.
• Offering summer international human rights internships and externships;
• Providing assistance in establishing human rights legal clinics in developing countries, and;
• Teaching courses on human rights and humanitarian law.
