About the Pioneer to Pioneer Partnership Program

The Pioneer to Pioneer Partnership Program (P2P) is a student-led organization that aims to bridge the gap between international and domestic students. Participants are matched in one-on-one partnerships at the start of each quarter and meet throughout either on their own time or by attending monthly events planned by the committee.

Participants

The program is open to all enrolled graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Denver. Because participants are generally matched with partners of the same degree level and gender, not all students who sign up will be matched to a partner. However, all students are welcome to attend the quarterly kick-off events, which are required for matched participants.

*Any interested participant who is not matched will be given priority matching the following quarter.

Quarterly Kick-Off Events

The Winter 2013 kick-off will be held on Friday, January 18th.

Undergraduates: Friday, January 18th from 3:00-4:30pm at the I-House
Graduates: Friday, January 18th from 5:00-6:30pm at the I-House

Participants may choose to attend the kick-off and meet their partner in person or, if unable to attend, may request to be introduced by email.

Quarterly Events Organized by the P2P Student Committee

The P2P Student Committee organizes events for participants each quarter. These events are publicized through the P2P participant email list but are open to the entire DU community. If you have an idea for an event, or would like more information about ongoing P2P activities during the academic year, please contact a member of the P2P student committee at the email below.
