MPP Admissions Requirements
Your application will be considered only if you have:
- completed a BA or BS degree from an accredited university
Admission to the MPP program is selective. Your qualifications will be evaluated after you have submitted all of the following material:
- Online application (click on Grad - Arts & Sciences)
- $60 nonrefundable application fee (paid online with credit card or check or money order made payable to the University of Denver) (Prior to Oct. 1, 2007, the application fee is $50.)
- Official GRE test scores sent DU's Institutional Code R4842 (the LSAT may be submitted instead of the GRE if you are concurrently applying to DU Law School) (GRE Web Site)

Two unopened, official transcripts from every college or university you have attended

Three letters of recommendation (sealed and signed across the flap; no specific recommendation
form is required, only the letter). Letters of recommendation should be written by professors
if you are a recent college graduate. If you have been out of school for awhile, you may have
the letters written by supervisors or others who can speak to your academic potential.
- A 2-3 page personal statement of professional objectives
Deadlines
The priority deadline for financial aid awarded through the Graduate Program in Public Policy is February 15; however, the Institute accepts applications on a rolling admissions basis and applicants are often admitted (and sometimes awarded significant aid) after the priority deadline. The latest date to apply for Fall is July 15.

Spring Quarter (Mar-June) deadline: January 15
