Services
The Office of Institutional Research and Analysis supports the mission and goals of the University by providing the following services:
Research and Analysis
- Collect, prepare, and analyze institutional data on students, faculty, staff, and general operations.
- Provide data to support accreditation processes, self-studies, and program reviews.
Internal Reporting
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on enrollment, admission, and persistence for University stakeholders.
- Prepare Profiles, the annual institutional fact book.
Compliance and External Reporting
- Complete mandatory state and federal reporting for the University, such as Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) reports.
- Complete external institutional surveys, such as U.S. News & World Report and The Peterson's Guide.
Course and Teacher Evaluations
- Coordinate the course and teacher evaluation process for most units on campus.
- Provide summaries of data collected from evaluations for departments and instructors.
Survey Support
- Support the development of surveys to collect data from students, faculty, and staff.
- Analyze data collected from institutional surveys.
