SPRING 2017 undergraduate & Graduate international Student immigration & US culture sessions
International Student and Scholar Services hosts orientation sessions for new international students each quarter. During the immigration and culture sessions, international student advisors and guest speakers will discuss a variety of topics to help you learn about maintaining your immigration status and being successful in your program.
All new graduate & undergraduate students must attend these sessions. This includes transfer students and students who have completed their degrees at the English Language Center. Make sure you keep the orientation date in mind when making your travel plans.

Be sure to bring the necessary immigration documents for immigration check in for you and your dependents.
The English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA)
The university's graduate policy requires students whose native language is not English and who are required to submit TOEFL/IELTS scores to be assessed by the University of Denver English Language Center (ELC). If a student is required to complete the assessment, the student will receive an email from the Office of Graduate Studies with additional details about the assessment.
