A highlight of each Korbel Dinner is the Keynote address given by a distinguished national or international leader. Past speakers have included: Dr. Condoleezza Rice, former U.S. Secretary of State (PhD, Josef Korbel School '81; BA, DU '74) ; General George W. Casey, Jr., former Chief of Staff of the US Army (MA, Josef Korbel School '80); and the Honorable Madeleine Korbel Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State. Last year's speaker was President & CEO of the Aspen Institute, Walter Isaacson. This year will feature a conversation with President George W. Bush.
