Director of International Programs, US Air Force Academy (Jul 2012 - Present); Adjunct Professor, Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver (2012 - Present); Deputy Department Head, Department of Foreign Languages, US Air Force Academy (2011 - 2012).  A career Air Force Intelligence Officer who has served in the United States, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Born and raised in Africa, he has extensive personal, operational and professional experience on the continent.  His most recent editorial "Perspectives: A French idea worth stealing" appeared in the Armed Forces Journal (Vol 149, No 5, 2011).  He is currently working on a book on Africa Security.
