Professional economic ethics, ethical foundations of economics, political economy, international economic integration, and industrial relations.

Author of The Economist's Oath: On the need for and content of professional economic ethics, Oxford University Press, 2011; Global Economy, Global Justice: Theoretical objections and policy alternatives to neoliberalism, Routledge, 2000, and numerous scholarly papers in economics and political economy. Co-Editor with Deirdre McCloskey of the Oxford University Press Handbook on Professional Economic Ethics: Considerations on Professional Economic Ethics: Views from the Economics Profession and Beyond, Oxford University Press, forthcoming 2014.
