DU's Center for Middle East Studies will issue a series of original occasional papers based on our ongoing series of lectures, conferences, and events.
We will also produce a number of books based both on our conferences and the research projects of our staff.
Our staff also publishes articles in scholarly journals, magazines, and blogs. Our articles page will archive those publications.

In addition to the publications produced by CMES faculty and staff, Director Nader Hashemi co-edits the "Middle East Today" book series for Palgrave Macmillan with Fawaz Gerges, Emirates Chair in Contemporary Middle East Studies and Professor of International Relations at the London School of Economics & Political Science.
The book series "puts forward a critical body of first-rate scholarship that reflects the current political and social realities of the region...The focus of the series is on general topics such as social turmoil, war and revolution, international relations, occupation, radicalism, democracy, human rights, and Islam as a political force in the context of the modern Middle East."
