The Graduate Student Association (GSA) of The Josef Korbel School of International Studies, led by GSA president Sarah Strnaad, held its annual student prom at the Curtis Hotel in downtown Denver.
The event, which is an annual tradition at the Josef Korbel School, was heavily attended by students and their guests with an estimated 200 people in attendance.
The addition of an open bar was greatly appreciated by students, who used the relatively low-key period at the beginning of the spring term to dance and socialize in a sophisticated and fun setting off campus.
The Graduate Student Association at the Josef Korbel School acts as the representative for Josef Korbel graduate students to the larger Graduate Student Association Council (GSAC). The student representative from the Josef Korbel School to GSAC is currently Jackie Holder, with Sarah Strnaad elected as president for the 2010 ? 2011 academic term.
