Professors Reed Beall and Randall Khun of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies have recently published a joint article analyzing trends in compulsory licensing of pharmeceuticals since the World Trade Organization's Doha Declaration. "Almost 10 years after the Doha Declaration, we examined the subsequent occurrence of CL episodes, an important direct indicator of treaty impact," they write.
