Audition Requirements

Clarinet - Undergraduate

1.  All major scales and minor scales
2.   Weber, Concertino or two contrasting movements (one      fast, one slow, can be from different concertos)                 from  the following

   Mozart, Clarinet Concerto

   Weber, Concerto No. 1

   Weber, Conceto No. 2

3.   Sight reading to be selected at audition

Clarinet - Graduate

1.   All major and minor scales
2.   A complete solo work from the following:

   Mozart, Clarinet Concerto

   Weber, Concerto No. 1

   Weber, Conceto No. 2

   Debussy, Premier Rhapsodie

      3.    An unaccompanied 20 th century solo

      4.    Sight reading to be selected at audition
