Comments: Upon graduating in 1995 with a M.A., Guitar Performance, I expanded a private teaching studio in the Greater Denver Metropolitan Area which included studios located in Indian Hills, Englewood and Arvada. My studio grew from 75% adult learners to a diverse range of levels that included gifted children and youth.
In 2001 I served on the Denver Classical Guitar Society Board and succeeded then President Patrick Keller as the Monthly Meeting Chairman. As a member of the DCGS I implemented community outreach through initiating a central Denver location for both meetings and performances, as well as founding the annual DCGS Youth Concert.
In addition to teaching I have continued to perform for a variety of events, both private and public, coordinated by individuals of the community as well organizations such as Downtown Aurora Business Association, Englewood Chamber of Commerce and Colorado Ballet.
