History of LAA

In February of 2003 a committee comprised of F. Joseph Docksey, Paige Vickery, Gini Chrisco and Joann Birsa met to discuss formation of a Lamont Alumni Association (LAA).

An invitation was sent to all alumni, inviting them to attend a meeting at the Robert and Judi Newman Center for the Performing Arts to make further plans for this association. The gathering began with a reception in Joy Burns Hall, followed by a tour of the new facility. A short discussion session ended the meeting.

The Association’s first formal meeting was held on September 13, 2003. The group began to take shape as Officers were elected. Please read on to see bios of your LAA officers!
