COURSE SEQUENCE

Usual Course of Study:

Three quarters of GERM 1000 (elementary)
Two quarters of GERM 2000 (intermediate)
GERM 2005 - Reading and Conversation - one quarter
GERM 2100 - Composition and Conversation - one quarter
Advanced Seminars

Students can begin with the elementary, intermediate and advanced courses at any point depending on their preparation. The seminars vary and are often taught every other year. Professors also choose Special Topics in accordance with their own and student interests.
