PLP Faculty/Staff visit Belize as part of Global Leadership Initiative

Funded by a grant from the Daniel's Fund, PLP faculty/staff recently visited Belize as part of a new Global Leadership Initiative. 

This PLP's Global Leadership Initiative will seek to internationalize the PLP curriculum by enriching PLP classroom materials to include global leadership perspectives, inviting guest lectures who are considered global experts and leaders, providing an international service learning course and developing a Cherrington Scholars Enrichment Internship opportunity to PLP students.  

The initiative is currently in a development phase, with some components being piloted for the first time this year.  Faculty/staff visits to Belize focused on global perspectives and organizations dedicated to "Leadership and Sustainability".
