 What inspired you to apply to PLP?

Upon graduating high school, I knew I was a decent leader who was involved in various organizations throughout high school. Knowing this triggered my thought process to further develop and become a better overall leader and contributor through the Pioneer Leadership Program.

 What have you learned through your involvment in PLP?

I have learned that leadership is a process, not a title. With this recognition, I have realized that I must address my current weaknesses and push myself to step outside of my comfort zone.
