Jason Prussman

Research Analyst
Jason Prussman is a Colorado native who split his academic loyalties between Colorado State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in History and a Minor in French in 1996, and the University of Colorado, where he graduated with a J.D. in 2003. During law school, Prussman served as Casenote & Comment Editor for the University of Colorado Law Review and worked as a research assistant in the law school’s career services office.
Prussman comes to the Institute from the Denver office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP. From 2004 to 2007, Prussman practiced in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation group, representing clients in a wide range of disputes, from employment discrimination to real estate. Before private practice, from 2003 to 2004, Prussman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca Love Kourlis at the Colorado Supreme Court.
Prussman currently serves on the Denver Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Executive Council and on the board of the Colorado GLBT Bar Association. He lives in Denver with his partner and their son Jacobb.
