Brand Guidelines
Email Signatures
To maintain visibility of the University brand, it's important to include the University logo in email signatures.
-
To conserve space and keep file sizes to a minimum, version 4 of the logo should be used in email signatures.
Because of their digital nature, email signatures should be reproduced in the typeface Verdana or Georgia.
-
Set signatures in 11-point type to avoid visual competition between the signature and the body of the message.
The content of email signatures should follow the printed University business card.
-
Content should be brief and concise. Information should be listed in the following order:
- Sender's Name
- Sender's Job Title(s)
- Sender's Department
- Sender's Division
- Sender's Phone Number
- Department or Division's Web Address
