		<text><![CDATA[The biggest overall lesson I will take from my experience is the value of communication. Much of the communication that I use daily in the U.S. is through email; very rarely do I try to negotiate things and instead frequently taking them at face value. Much of the U.S. culture is fast-paced and doesn't allow for thorough decisions. Studying abroad showed me the value of asking questions and working towards forming relationships in all situations.]]></text>
