APPLIED COMMUNICATION

The Applied Communication curriculum focuses on alternative dispute resolution, communication structures and processes in organizations, marketing and public relations, corporate training and consulting.  You’ll learn about leadership styles, processes, and tools for high performance leadership and management.

ART MUSEUM ADMINISTRATION

Focused on administration, this degree prepares you for a variety of careers in arts management.  You’ll benefit from the offerings of the DU School of Art and Art History, as well as internship opportunities and courses with curators and conservators.  

 

BIOENTERPRISE

Gain the business expertise and in-depth knowledge of life sciences you need to manage and grow new and existing pharmaceutical, agricultural, and other bioscience enterprises. 

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY AND MANAGEMENT

Bring sound business skills to bear on environmental policy and management.  Learn to develop, implement, and manage sound environmental policies in conjunction with an ethical approach to management.  

GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Offered in conjunction with University College, this degree prepares you for careers in managing physical facilities, providing services, analyzing markets, and managing information in public agencies or private organizations.  

 

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT and DEVELOPMENT

Develop and deploy an organization’s most valuable and volatile resource with maximum efficiency.  Prepare for a professional path as a human resources manager in any industry, in any size organization.

 

INDIVIDUALIZED

A personalized program you design yourself with the help of an academic advisor to craft a program that suits your unique career goals.

NOT-FOR-PROFIT MANAGEMENT

Prepare for the challenges of not-for-profit management, where business and mission intersect.  Learn to apply solid business principles in the pressurized context of high visibility, great expectations and exceptional standards of integrity.   

 

 

ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

This program prepares you to plan for and facilitate learning across an organization.  Offered with the College of Education, the degree combines management fundamentals with a sequence of adult studies courses.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You’ll learn the software, tools, and techniques to be an effective project manager, and become proficient in planning projects to meet an organization’s strategic objectives.

 

SPORT MANAGEMENT

Gain the fundamental knowledge and skills you need to pursue management and marketing positions in sports in professional sports , higher education, or recreation. 

 

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
