What’s the difference between an MSM and MBA-C? Broadly speaking, the MSM (Master of Science in Management) offers more depth while the MBA-C (Master of Business Administration-Customized) offers more breadth. The MSM was developed to train students in management skills, with a focus in a particular area. The MBA-C is a general business degree, with an additional focus on a particular area. About 40% of MSM coursework and 20% of MBA-C coursework is focused on your area of concentration.
