The University of Denver's Recruitment System is Rushee Based, meaning it was created to ensure that each woman would be placed with a Sorority providing they attend all four days of Recruitment. Each house in conjunction with Rho-Gamma Recruitment Counselors strives to make Recruitment fair and in the Potential New Member's best interest. Fall Recruitment at the University of Denver will start on September 19th, 2007.

Over the course of four days, perspective members will view each of DU's five sorority houses: Alpha Gamma Delta, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Delta Zeta and Gamma Phi Beta. At the end of the Recruitment period is Bid Day. By mutual selection of the House and Potential New Member, the Potential New Members will be asked to join as a member and celebrate her decision of acceptance on Bid Day with her new sorority sisters.
