“At nine o’clock in the evening of the eighth day of the eighth month of the year 1839, eight earnest young men, all students at Miami University, held the first meeting of Beta Theta Pi, in the Hall of the Union Literary Society, an upper room in the old college building (known as “Old Main”).”
Welcome to the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Beta Theta Pi at the University of Denver in Denver Colorado. For over 150 years, the men of Beta have long proven their devotion to the principles of this great fraternity.
We vow to provide Mutual Aid and Assistance, Unsullied Friendship, and Unfaltering Fidelity for our brothers. It is this bond that sets Beta apart within the fraternity world, and dignifies our great organization with success and brotherhood.
Alpha Zeta has had strong brotherhood and devotion to tradition over its uninterrupted presence at DU since 1889. This chapter is dedicated to the principles of our founders in loving memory.
We, the brothers of Alpha Zeta, extend to you an invitation to visit our house and meet our exceptional brotherhood.
