If a Fraternity or a member of a fraternity is found to be in violation of any of the IFC Recruitment Rules, they will be brought immediately before the VP Interfraternity Council Recruitment, VP Interfraternity Council Judicial, Interfraternity Council President, and staff in Campus Activities. It will then be decided if the violation warrants immediate action or will be sent to hearing by theGreek Council Judicial Board.

The Recruitment time period is the period from the first day of Discoveries Week (Labor Day)in the Fall until Bid Day (September 23, 2008).   In the Spring Quarter it is the time from the first day of the quarter until Bid Day.
  1. Rho Gammas (Recruitment Guides) must remain disaffiliated during House Tours.
  2. Rho Gammas (Recruitment Guides) will not talk poorly about any organization and will actively work to promote the overall Greek Community.
  3. No Fraternity or member of fraternity can engage in behavior that can be perceived as degrading to any protected class including women, minorities and/or sexual orientation during the recruitment process.
  4. Alcohol cannot be present in any activity, regardless of size, that involves an active member and potential new member.
  5. Recruitment events must be held during the hours of 8am -11pm on Friday September 19, 2008-Tuesday September 23, 2008.
  6. Bids cannot be handed out before Tueday September 23, 2008.
