Note the second floor window awnings which were later removed. The chimney to the right has been blackened due to the burning of coal which was originally used to heat water for the heating system. The large pine tree to the left had recently been moved to the site as a mature tree from the Agnus (Phipps) Memorial Sanatarium which later became Lowery Air Force Base.
