How do I make reservations for an event?

If the date, which you request is available, tentative reservations will be made and a Corporate Reservation Form forwarded to you. If the Corporate Reservation Form is not received within three calendar days, the date will be released. A tentative date will be held for a period of seven calendar days. Upon receipt of the completed Corporate Reservation Form and a deposit of one half of the total rental fee, a firm reservation will be held. The balance of the rental fee is due SIX WEEKS PRIOR to your scheduled event. Payments made less than six weeks prior to the scheduled event should be in the form of certified funds.

What are the rental rates for a wedding or a wedding and reception?

The Phipps Conference Center Offices will be pleased to quote building rental costs at 303-871-3442.

Do you provide catering services or can I hire a company?

Catering is provided both by Phipps Catering Services or your choice of caterers as long as they are licensed and insured.

What happens if I need to cancel an event?

All payments are non-refundable. This includes your deposit and all subsequent payments.
