• Tuesday-Thursday any 4 hours between 10am and 10pm
• Friday Evenings 6:00pm to 10:00pm (Jan 1 - April 14 & Oct 16 - Nov 30)
• Saturday Mornings 10:30am to 2:30pm
• Saturday Evenings 5:30pm to 10:00pm
• Sunday any 4 1/2 hours between 10am and 5pm

• Sunday any 4 1/2 hours between 10:00am and 5:00pm (December only 10:00am to 10:00pm)

*In addition to guest time, an additional hour and a half is included before for set up as well as an hour for take down after guest time.

Ceremonies and Rehearsals

• For a small extra charge, on Saturday and Sunday, an extra half hour ceremony can be added before the reception along with a one hour rehearsal the day before.
• On Fridays (Phipps Mansion) and Weekdays, a one hour rehearsal can be added the day before for an extra charge. Any ceremony would be included in existing guest time.
