Door Access

Most buildings on the DU campus have door access readers to allow for monitored night and weekend access. Each building is individually designed to meet the needs of the departments within the building. If you are needing after hours access for work or classroom work please talk to your department head or contact the ID office for further information.

Parking

Restricted parking lots on campus are accessed using your Pioneer Card. When you pull up to a gated parking lot you will see a card reader device on your driver's side. If you have access to the lot the card reader will flash green and allow your to enter the lot. Parking services programs all parking lot access on the Pioneer Card. Please note your specific parking pass designates your time and ability to enter your lot. Ex: If you have a night/weekend pass, your card swipe will only allow you access after 4:00 p.m. and on the weekends. You will be denied if you try to access at any other time.
