Pioneer ID Card Office

Staff and Faculty

All full time, benefited staff and faculty are entitled to a Pioneer ID Card. Please bring in a photo ID (driver's license or passport) we will take a picture and print out your Pioneer ID Card. Your paper work must be completed and entered to the University systems before receiving your ID card.

Adjunct Faculty are also entitled to a Pioneer ID Card. Please note: if you have not taught in a quarter you may want to check with the ID office to ensure your ID card is still active.

Part time non-benefited staff may receive an ID card after 5 weeks of employment. If you are needing an ID card before your 5 weeks for building access or parking. Arrangements may be made in advance with the ID office.
