Pioneer ID Card Office

Undergraduate Students

You may fill out the Pioneer Request form, attach a picture, and mail it in to the Pioneer ID Card office or you may join us at our Discoveries event. If you mail in a form your Pioneer ID will be ready for you at your dorm, you will be able to pick this up during check in to the dorms. If you are not living on campus you may pick up your card at the Pioneer ID Office during Discoveries. You may also wait to take a picture and obtain your Pioneer ID during Discoveries sessions. A request form is included in your welcome notebook from the University. Deadline for receiving mail in forms is August 1st, forms submitted after may not be made prior to your arrival to campus.
