Lost/Stolen ID Cards

Has your card been lost or stolen? Deactivate your card online immediately.
Then, go to the ID Office to get a new card. Replacement cards are issued for $20.

Meal Plan Conversions

Meal plan conversions have ended for the Fall 2008 quarter.
Conversions for Winter quarter will begin on Tuesday, January 20.

Credit Card Acceptance Update

The ID Office will no longer be accepting credit cards IN THE OFFICE as of January 1, 2008. Credit cards will still be accepted online, as always.
If you wish to pay for a replacement ID or other service with a credit card, please first make a deposit to your Flex account, which we can then charge in the office.
