Pioneer ID Card

International ID Cards

International Student, Teacher, and Youth ID Cards are available at the ID Office. The card is $25.00, plus an additional $5.00 for the photo. If you bring a passport photo with you (that we can attach to the card), the $5.00 charge will not be applied.

The card gives you discounts on travel services, flights, and other transportation, as well as restaurants, lodging, entertainment, and more. In addition, the card includes travel insurance, which includes coverage for medical and dental expense, travel delay, travel document replacement, emergency medical, baggage, and travel accident protections.

To receive an International ID Card:

If you are a current student or faculty member at DU, you are required to bring your Pioneer ID Card and a drivers license or passport.

If you belong to a school or institution other than DU, please bring the following:

• current drivers license or passport
• your student ID card if it has an expiration date, or:
• a document that shows that you are currently enrolled in an educational institution. Examples include a transcript, current tuition statement, or acceptance letter to a study abroad program.
