Pioneer System Operator Access Forms

Please use the following forms request or update operator access to the Pioneer Card system.

New Pioneer Access Request
All users (except Sodexho) must begin by completing this form.

New Sodexho Pioneer Access Request
All Sodexho users must begin by completing this form.

You may then request access to control/view specific areas through the following forms:

Security Access Request
Complete this form if you need to control access to specific card access doors on campus, including both building and room access, or if you need to view reports in Pioneer.

Sodexho Access Request
This form is only for Sodexho employees. Complete this form if you need to change POS register keyboards and PLU's or print reports.

Parking Access Request
This form is only for Parking Services employees. Complete this form if you need to control access to parking lots on campus.
