Replacement ID's

Please report lost ID's immediately for deactivation to the Pioneer ID Office or 24 hours a day online

You may replace your Pioneer ID Card during normal office hours. In most cases, you may opt to take a new picture or use your current ID picture. The fee is $20 for a replacement ID, but may be waived if you have a valid police report with you regarding the theft of your card. The process takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.
