Replacement Cards

Please deactivate lost or stolen Pioneer ID Cards immediately online.

You may also call the ID Office at 303-871-4545 to report your card lost or stolen.

To recieve a replacement card, simply visit the ID Office during normal office hours. In most cases, you may choose to take a new photo or use your current ID photo.

The fee is $20 for a lost card, but may be waived if you present a valid police report detailing the theft of your card. Damaged cards are $5 to replace.

Replacement cards take about 5 minutes to produce.
