The Center for Professional Development at the University of Denver provides skills-based learning opportunities designed to make an immediate impact.   • Accreditation

    University of Denver maintains the highest level of accreditation offered by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, one of the regional accrediting bodies recognized by the federal government. The University of Denver and all of its academic programs are regionally accredited by this commission, and regional accreditation is the highest standard for universities in the United States. The commission sets a standard of integrity for universities, taking into consideration the academic mission, strategy, resources, assessment process, teaching effectiveness, student learning, usefulness of curricula, and community involvement.

    Visit the University of Denver

    The Center for Professional Development is located at 2211 S. Josephine Street on the beautiful University of Denver campus (see location on campus map). While we're always happy to connect with you, we recommend reaching out via phone or email prior to visiting our offices to determine who the best person might be to support your questions. 


    Driving Directions

    From points north of Denver:

    1. Take I-25 south toward Colorado Springs.
    2. Take the University Boulevard exit (Exit 205).
    3. Turn right onto South University Boulevard and drive south approximately 0.1 miles.

    From points south of Denver:

    1. Take I-25 north.
    2. Take the University Boulevard exit (Exit 205).
    3. Turn left onto South University Boulevard and drive south approximately 0.1 miles.

    Public Transportation

    RTD and Light Rail access to campus is available at the University of Denver station. The DU light rail station is a short walk from the heart of campus (about 8 minutes).
