Constructive Processes II (Keenan & Kintsch, 1974)
Constructive Processes III (Harris, 1977)
To install this release:
Uninstall any previous versions of MemCog. Do not uninstall shared files.
Ignore any errors.
Download the MemCog3-2-4.exe
(2816 kbytes) self-extracting archive to a temporary directory.
Run the program you just downloaded. Click Unzip and then click Close.
This will add several other files to your temporary directory.
Run the setup.exe file that gets created in your temporary directory. The first
time you do this, Setup may require you to reboot your system. If it does,
reboot and then run Setup again.
Ignore any access violation errors that occur when setup attempts to install
.DLL or .OCX files.
Instructors may also want to install the MemCog Instructor Package,
which contains two utilities: GetMemCogLog and ConfigureMemCog. When
suppied with an appropriate URL and password, GetMemCogLog lists logs
of dates and student IDs for data postings to the Web.
ConfigureMemCog sets a variety of parameters for the MemCog
programs.
To install the MemCog Instructor Package:
Uninstall any previous versions of the MemCog Instructor Package.
Ignore any errors.
If you have not already done so, install the latest version of
MemCog.
Download the MemCogInstructor3-0-2.exe
(392 kbytes) self-extracting archive to a temporary directory.
Run the program you just downloaded. Click Unzip and then click
Close. This will add several other files to your temporary
directory.
Run the setup.exe file that gets created in your temporary
directory.
